Madison City Accepting Pre-K Applications Jan. 16 thru March 22

If you have a child you'd like to enroll in the Madison City Pre-K program, for the 2018-19 school year, take note that the application window opens Jan. 16.
This is much earlier than usual under new state time frames.
The application window ends March 22.
Children must be 4 years of age on or before Sept. 2, 2018, to enroll in pre-K for the 2018-19 school year.
Children who are eligible for kindergarten are NOT eligible for pre-K.
We have updated all forms and have posted all information on the Madison City Schools website, available in this link.

All First Class Pre-K applications will be accepted online only from Jan. 16-March 22 and will be entered in random selection. The random selection drawing will be on March 23, at 9 a.m. in the Madison City Schools Central Office.
Applications filed after March 22 will be placed at the bottom of the waiting list after the March 23 random selection drawing. Please note also that Madison City's First Class Pre-K program is available only to residents 
of Madison or Triana who must furnish proof of residency.
